Frequently Asked Questions

Take a look at the FAQ or reach out via our Contact Us form.

  • We hunt rain, hail or shine so come prepared (and appropriately dressed)!

  • Our truffles ripen during winter and spring when the weather can be unpredictable. So we recommend you bring a warm, waterproof jacket with you, and wear long pants and sturdy footwear for walking on uneven terrain.

  • No.

    We use dogs.

  • Unfortunately, our experiences (and our farm) may not be for you then. Dogs are essential for locating truffles so we can’t work without them. Our dogs are very friendly and love meeting visitors to our farm.

  • When making your booking, you can inform us of any gluten allergies/intolerances but we cannot accommodate dairy-free or vegan diets. If you have any additional dietary requirements it is probably best to contact us before making a booking.

  • We are not a “pick your own” farm experience. Truffles are the diamonds of the culinary world and their value reflects this. While you may have the opportunity to help harvest a truffle, if you wish to take it home with you, we can weigh it and let you know how much it will cost.

There is nothing more humbling than being immersed in a luxury experience with the earth’s culinary diamonds, and leaving with dirt on your face.
