    Our farm.

We moved our little family to the Adelaide Hills in 2017 where we planted inoculated French oak and Italian stone pine trees the following year. In 2021, we harvested our first truffles. Today, we cultivate, irrigate and carefully manage our truffière and natural resources for optimum truffle production. Truffling is our passion, our life and our lifestyle.

  • Four bantom chickens gathering around a chicken water feeder on green grass with partially grown truffle trees in the background. The trees are Italian stone pine trees and French holly oak trees, each around 1 meter in height, on a gentle slope.

    Our home.

Our farm is bustling with life, including our own home life! Our animals are our pets but also our workers, from chickens who compost our scraps and lay us fresh eggs, to our puppies who provide us with companionship and (sometimes) truffle-detecting capabilities. When we welcome you to our farm, we welcome you to our home.

    Our business.

Truffles are at the heart of our business, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers. We carefully hand-select only the ripest truffles. Our goal is to ensure that every one of our customers experiences the flavour, aroma and overall quality we strive (and break our backs) to produce.
